If you have been developing on a windows platforms for a while, the chances are you have seen the default font for Textmate. The default font for Textmate is Monaco. Unfortunately when developing on a windows platform you will be exposed to Courier New. Courier New in my opinion is a nasty typeface that is inferior to Monaco.
Unfortunately Textmate isn’t available for the PC. However, after some searching a PC compatible version of the Monaco typeface was found. Download Monaco and start using the Textmate font in all your favorite PC based development applications. After installing this font you will say goodbye to Courier!
